Arie is nervous to meet Emily’s family. He brings with him a box filled with all of the roses he’s received from Emily to date. Once he gets alone time with Em’s mom, he tells her that he just wants Emily to believe in them and that he has crazy love for her. When he tells her he has dated a single mom before, Em’s mom gets happy. But Em’s father says Arie has his work cut out for him and isn’t sure why they’re going through with meeting another guy today anyway. When he meets Arie, Arie tries to make small talk about fishing. He then tells Emily’s dad that she is the love of his life and asks for his blessing which he gets.

Arie also tells Ernie that he’s fallen for Emily like no other woman in his past. He reassures Ernie that he’s ready for a life with Emily. Em’s family are not sure now whom she should pick.

EMILY MEETS WITH HER FAMILY
Emily asks her family about Arie and Jef and they say they like both and can’t find a thing wrong with either. Emily says she’s in love but her dad says he doesn’t believe that she can be in love with two people at the same time. Emily’s mother advises Em to wait until she gets engaged to introduce Ricki to either of the men.

In her confessional, Emily says she’s fallen in love with both Arie and Jef and has to figure out who’d be best for Ricki.JEF MEETS RICKI
Jef and Emily meet up again for their last date on a beach. He admits he feels there is doubt on Emily’s part because he has yet to meet Ricki. Jef tells EM that she is everything he’s ever wanted in a woman. Em says it’s a big decision for her to introduce him to Ricki. He says he thinks about Ricki every day and wants to be her father. Em admits she feels guilty about having introduced Ricki to Brad Womack since that relationship failed.

Emily decides to introduce Jef to Ricki because she “has all the faith in the world” that this time will be different. Em says that if Ricki doesn’t like Jef it would change their relationship so of course now he’s nervous about meeting her. When they go to Ricki, she’s playing in the water–he high-fived Ricki. He asks to wear a pair of her pink goggles and plays in the pool with her and the two have a blast. Afterwards, Emily thinks Jef would be the “best dad”and Ricki asked if Jef could come back tomorrow.

Jef gives Em the gift of a book as a token of their journey. The book is about Curacao and in it he has drawn stick figures of the two of them in places they visited in Curacao.

EMILY MAKES A DECISION!!!
Emily wakes up with peace in her heart after her last date with Jef. She asks to meet with Chris Harrison. Emily tells Chris that JEF IS THE ONE! Even before she has a last date with Arie. She just knows it now after introducing him to Ricki and seeing how easily they got along. 

Emily tells Chris that she has picked Jef and must now tell Arie before their date. Chris advises a crying Emily to be as honest with Arie as he was with her. Poor Arie is getting eliminated!!!

Emily feels bad because there is no way Arie could have seen  this coming. The camera then shows Arie talking to a woman about making a love potion. He tells her that he’s getting engaged and Emily loves him. He says he’s more than ready to get down on one knee and propose.


EMILY BREAKS UP WITH ARIE!
Arie and Emily meet and he puts the love potion on her arms. They go to the beach and Emily starts crying way to hard to deliver the bad news to Arie. She finally tells Arie that from their first date, she felt as if it would be the two of them. He thinks he’s being dumped because her family did not like him and she tries to reassure him and then just says she’s sorry. She doesn’t want him to think it’s because of anything he’s done.

Arie is shocked. He says he thought they had something and he thought she was going to pick him. He leaves and she goes after him. He doesn’t know what she wants him to say and then thanks her for sparing him the embarrassment of a rose ceremony. He wishes her good luck and gets in the SUV. She just keeps on crying.

In his exit interview, Arie says he feels naive and stupid. He calls himself an open and a loving person and says he deserves that back. He felt like Emily was “the type of person that…” and then interrupts himself to say he must have misjudged her. He can’t believe that this is the end and admits it felt really good to have fallen in love.


LIVE STUDIO AUDIENCE REACTS
Ashley Hebert and J.P. Rosenbaum are in the audience. Ashley says she feels for Emily and knows how difficult this must have been for her. She commended Emily for breaking up with Arie before the final rose ceremony. J.P. can’t imagine how Arie feels for being rejected.

DeAnna Papas says Emily did a great job and gives her props for not having introduced Arie to Ricki. Michael Stagliano says he empathizes with Arie and knows he can easily find love after the show.  Emily’s friend, Ashley Spivy, says she knew Emily experienced real love and wanted to find it again.


JEF PICKS OUT ENGAGEMENT RING
Jef is seen at Neil Lane and picks out a an emerald cut diamond. He then goes to the beach and we hear him saying how he’s committed to being the best husband and father. Jef gets in a suit to propose. Emily is now  not sure she wants to say yes if Jef proposes because she just can’t be sure she is making the right choice. OH GOD, get with it already Emily!


EMILY SAYS YES! 
Emily is waiting for Jef and he approaches her on the stage. Of course he tells her she looks beautiful and amazing. She responds with he’s everything she’s looked for for a very long time and that he’s the perfect person for her. EM tells Jef she loves him and knew he is the one. She also tells Jef that she skipped out on a final date with Arie and that Jef was the only one to have met Ricki. He says he is the luckiest man in the world and is so  grateful that she didn’t give up on love.

Jef proposes and Emily says yes! The two ride off to “The Glory of Love!”WHO GETS FINAL ROSE TONIGHT?
