Radar Online reports that Michael Jackson‘s mother Katherine Jackson has lost custody of MJ’s three children, Prince Michael, Paris, and Blanket. It’s also reported that her grandson and Tito Jackson’s son, TJ, was granted his request for guardianship of the three kids, at least on a temporary basis.
The legal maneuver became needed when Katherine lost contact with her children for what has been 10 days now. Apparently, Katherine was taken to Arizona by some of her own children to convince her to challenge MJ’s will which left everything to MJ’s three kids.
“This is not a power play by TJ Jackson,” L.A. Superior Court Judge Mitchell L. Beckloff said at the emergency hearing held Wednesday morning. “This is based on the allegation that Katherine Jackson is being prevented from acting as guardian.”
The judge also ordered Diana Ross (MJ’s appointed backup guardian) get notice of this ruling withing 48 hours–supposedly so she can apply for guardianship herself.
This is so crazy and probably not at all what MJ wanted. And things are about to get even crazier. Randy Jackson said on Good Morning America that his mother is on her way back to California.
