Jennifer Lopez Threatens Suit Against Tabloids Attacking Boyfriend

You mess with Jenny from the Block’s boyfriend and you just may get slapped with a huge lawsuit.

And so it goes that Jennifer Lopez is fighting mad and back at tabloids which have started a fury of rumors that her boyfriend Beau “Casper” Smart recently visited an alleged “exotic massage parlor” and a gay porn shop in New York City.

I can’t imagine any girlfriend would be happy to hear such tales about her beau, let alone the diva superstar. So, two tabloid rags, Star and In Touch, are now under fire by JLo’s lawyers to retract their recent headline stories.

In Touch is under attack for quoting employees of a massage parlor that Smart popped in twice in the last month for appointments. Star, on the other hand, alleged that Casper was caught at a peep show last month, in an area which is a “well-known cruising spot for gay men looking for instant hookups.”

Casper’s camp say he was in the shady areas simply to get his head shaved and to get a new tattoo. The rag mags obviously each have a different story to tell. The couple’s attorneys Howard Weitzman and Shawn Holley have had to do some of the cleanup and have issued this defense: “These statements are false, malicious and defamatory.” The attorneys add: “Ms. Lopez and Mr. Smart will pursue all remedies available to them under the law.”
