On tonight’s show, a conflicted contestant has to choose between strategy and loyalty. At stake is betrayal of a friend and ally. Two challenges will be played out tonight: a sudden death dangling contest in which players have to depend on their partners correctly answering “Bachelor Pad Trivia” to avoid being plummeted into the pool; and a karaoke competition which will be played out in front of 500 people at a Hollywood concert hall with 80’s band, Night Ranger.

Based on the Reality Steve spoilers which he has now taken down, it is the end of the road for Blakely and Tony who leave the Bachelor Pad tonight. Spoilers have been right all season, so, I think Blakely and Tony will be the ones who are sent home.

HANGING BY A THREAT COMPETITION
Today’s first challenge is called “Hanging By a Threat”. One person in each team is suspended over the pool while his/her partner has to answer Bachelor and Bachelor Pad related trivia questions. Correct answers lead to no action being taken. For each incorrect answer, one rope of the suspended partner will be cut. Three wrong answers, and the suspended partner will be left holding on to a metal bar with no help. Once they let go and fall into the pool their team is out of the competition. Whoever is the last team still suspended wins and decides who leaves the game immediately.
There are four couples still left in the Bachelor Pad: Chris and Sarah, Blakeley and Tony, Ed and Jaclyn, and Nick and Rachel. Nick answers the questions for his team while Rachel is suspended over the pool. Tony, Ed, and Chris also are all suspended for their teams. Tony’s ropes are the first to be all cut off and he is hanging on for dear life – till he falls in. He and Blakeley are out of the competition.
Rachel is the next person to have all of her ropes cut and falls quickly, getting herself and Nick eliminated from the competition as well. Ed is the next one to get his final rope cut but Chris is sitting pretty with all of his ropes intact. Nick eventually falls and Chris and Sarah win. Poor Blakeley.
Chris and Sarah must now decide which couple to send home. They weigh all the pros and cons. They discuss that Jaclyn and Ed will probably get America’s Vote to win, so that scares the two of them. The couples then each make a plea as to why they should stay. Chris Harrison then ask Chris and Sarah who should go home….
Before giving their decision, Chris addresses everyone and says that only the two of them gave them a chance to still be in the game and that no onne has trusted him throughout the entire game which leaves him baffled. Chris takes a shot at almost everyone there but calls Tony “his boy.” So, we know Tony isn’t going home, right?
Too bad for Tony because he is partnered with Blakeley and so, Chris and Sarah send Blakely and Tony home. They may not have gotten the $250K, but at least Tony and Blakely found (temporary?) love.
Tony and Blakeley comfort each other in the limo ride home and say they deserved the money more than anyone else. Tony feels that he’s let down his son. Blakeley consoles Tony and he tells her she is amazing.
Time for the second competition….two roses will be up for grabs now…sending one more couple home before the finale…
Before the last remaining three couples can recoup from the first comp, Chris Harrison tells them they are leaving for the second comp. The couples take a limo ride to Hollywood Palladium and are greeted by 80’s bad, Night Ranger performing their hit “Sister Christian.” The competition will require the players to sing along with the band in front of a live audience!
Nick gives a speech before announcing his and Rachel’s decision and Rachel says she wishes she had not won the competition so she didn’t have to make this decision. Now, here is the kicker. Even thought Jaclyn was the person who convinced Rachel to stay in the game after Micheal was kicked out, Rachel and Nick take Chris and Sarah with them to the finale.
Rachel and Nick and Sarah and Chris are in the finals!
Blakely and Tony leave the Bachelor Pad tonight, followed by Jaclyn and Ed who leave the BP house as well.
This was a crazy episode and I cannot believe Chris and Sarah won the competition. I was glad he voted Blakely out of the house, but I cannot believe he is still there. I didn’t have time to watch it last night, but this morning I watched it on my Hopper with the Auto Hop feature. I got ready to head into work at Dish while the Auto Hop skipped over the commercials for me. It saved me plenty of time to finish getting ready for work. Rachel and Nick are smart to choose Chris and Sarah because they are sure to win that way.
