As last minute preparations were taking place for the VMAs just steps away, lots of celebrities started the day’s festivities at the 2012 NBA Baller Beats by XBOX VMA Lounge at the Ritz Carlton.

Stars who were spotted coming out in support of VH1’s Save the Music Foundation included AJ Mclean, Teenwolf’s Tyler Hoechlin who played Baller Beats basketball by XBOX, JLO’S Casper Smart who stopped by the lounge and drank water, as party goers learned that he was just finishing a “Cleanse”, The Far East Movement who sipped on Voli Light Vodka and Refine Mixed Drinks. 

Highlight of the day came when Gold Medal Olympians the “Fab 5″ [Jordan Weiber, Kyla Ross, Gabby Douglas, McKayla Maroney, and Aly Raisman] who were dressed to impress for the VMA red carpet met the boys of The Wanted! The girls did not have enough time to get pampered in the LE POSH Salon Lounge before the big show, but they sure took the chance to take a pic with the VMA Nominated -The Wanted.

Jay McGuiness, Siva Kaneswaran, Tom Parker, Max George and Nathan Sykes of The Wanted picked up new head phones in the Velodyne listening room. Later that night VMA guests enjoyed the perfect panoramic view of Los Angeles at the Ritz Carlton destination while sipping on the newly launched sparkling liqueur by Timbaland- Sutra.

After the VMAs wrapped up, celebs and their guests came back to the party and were treated to a private listening session by the one and only Amy Heidemann and Nick Noonan of Karmin.
