Jersey Shore will premiere its sixth and final season on MTV this Thursday. The show which started out as a low budget reality show just a few years ago, quickly became the most watched cable show on TV and made household names of Snooki and Situation.

The Situation said about the upcoming farewell season, “Let’s just keep it real, we’ve made a lasting effect. It will take a number of years to try to forget what we’ve done. We changed the way people view reality TV. We helped changed how reality TV is done.”
