(Relaxnews) – Marisa Tomei is in negotiations for her next big screen movie role which will have her play opposite Hugh Grant as his love interest.
Tomei, who earned an Academy Award in 1993 for her unforgettable performance in My Cousin Vinny is in talks to star in a Marc Lawrence film, reveals Thewrap.com. The role will be that of a single mother who goes back to school and meets a former Hollywood hot commodity turned script-writing professor (played by Grant).
The yet-to-be-titled flick will mark the fourth collaboration between Lawrence and Grant. The two created and starred in Music and Lyrics, respectively, which followed a similar plot line.
If all goes well with the negotiations, Tomei and Grant will start shooting their first scenes next spring in New York City.
