The most famous, household names include Tyra Banks, Adriana Lima, Alessandra Ambrosio, Lily Aldridge, Gisele Bündchen, Rosie Huntington-Whiteley, Miranda Kerr, Marisa Miller and Heidi Klum.
But what’s more annoying than their perfect bodies, perfect hair and perfect face? How perfectly perfect they look strutting some sexy lingerie down the runway after just having a baby. I mean seriously, can they get any more perfect?! The Victoria’s Secret Fashion Show is the most anticipated fashion show every year, and models are either debuting their post-baby body, or shockingly their pregnant body during the show (like Lily Aldridge at the November 2011 show) and you can’t even tell they’re pregnant.
So, how do they do it? How do these “perfect” women have children and still look runway fabulous? Well, it takes dedication and a great workout. Surprisingly these model moms don’t hit the gym right away. Instead, they use yoga, Pilates and ballet to help get them back in shape.
Let’s take a look at some of these famous model mommies and see how they got their bodies fashion-show ready:
Lily Aldridge
Lily recently had a baby girl with husband Caleb Followill (member of the band Kings of Leon) and to get back in shape she eats a lot of salmon and takes Pilates, ballet classes and does a lot of butt lifts, according to Wonderwall. How does she manage to squeeze in workout time with a new baby? She has her trainer meet her during her daughter’s nap time. Genius!
Miranda Kerr
New mom Miranda used to use her son as a weight when he was younger. She told MSN news she used to hold her son Flynn when he was younger and do squats for a workout. But now that he’s grown too heavy she gets plenty workout time running around after him. When she needs to get in shape for a show, she admits she is very consistent with her Pilates, yoga and resistance training regiments. She reportedly spends every morning with a half hour of yoga. She said in a recent interview that she drinks a ton of water and eats organic foods and vegetables.
Gisele Bündchen
Married to famous New England Patriots quarterback Tom Brady, Gisele got her body in tip-top shape after their first son with the help of martial arts, among other exercises. According to Fit Sugar, Gisele immersed herself in martial arts after moving to Boston. She practices in kung fu and tai chi. Outdoor activities and fitness is in her nature, though. She used to play volleyball and took ballet and gymnastics classes when growing up. She also takes energetic dance classes as well, which helps give her long and lean muscles.

Adriana Lima
Adriana was signed to the company in 1999 and became an Angel a year later. The world was smitten with her immediately, and this Brazilian beauty became one of the most recognizable Victoria’s Secret models in history. She has two daughters with her husband Marko; Valentina is three and Sienna was born in September 2012. How did she bounce back and get her amazing body? She told newspapers that she credits her body to her diet and workout regiment, which includes boxing, weight lifting and jump rope.
Heidi Klum
