Justin Bieber may have sold a gazillion albums this year, but, he still got the royal Grammy snub when the 2013 Grammy Award nominations were announced last night and his name was no where to be found on the list of nominees. That’s right Beliebers, Justin got ZERO Grammy nods.
JB’s manager, Scooter Braun, is pissed. Deservedly so. “I just plain DISAGREE,” Braun tweeted. “The kid deserved it. Grammy board u blew it on this one. this time he deserved to be recognized and I dont really have any kind nice positive things to say about a decision i dont agree with.”
Braun continued his Twitter rant: “to all those nominated…you do deserve it. You worked hard and u earned it. Just feel like so did JB.”
This is not the first time Beliebers feel that JB’s been snubbed by the Grammys. Two years ago, Justin was nominated for Best New Artist–only to unexpectedly lose out to Esperanza Spalding.
The Grammys also snubbed some heavy-weight female artists for the 2013 awards. There was no sign of Pink, Nicki Minaj, or Katy Perry. In a male-dominated list of nominees, Kanye West, Jay-Z, Fun., Mumford & Sons and Frank Ocean all led the nods with six nominations each.

WHAT THE FUCKING FUCK? I completely agree with Scooter. Grammys you BLEW IT. This is about what’s most popular and editing out Justin Bieber, One Direction, Pink, Rihanna, and so on, with them being best selling artists in THE WHOLE WORLD, makes absolutely no sense. And you’re not just denying Beliebers, in Justin’s case, you’re denying Scooter Braun, you’re denying LA Reid, you’re denying Def Jam Records, you’re denying so many important and successful people, which everyone may not like but they can admit that they absolutely successful, and I think that saying no to all of that is as ignorant as it gets. I’m sorry, it’s called “comment” because you leave your opinion there and I just don’t agree and that’s it. Just know, Grammys, that you lost 31,109,346 Belieber viewers, 8,726,629 1D viewers, 12,089,811 viewers from P!nk, 27,096,446 from Rihanna and the list goes on and on. Congrats.
