Kim Kardashian and her baby bump got all dolled up and walked the red carpet at the 2013 Elton John AIDS Foundation Academy Awards Viewing Party held at the Pacific Design Center on Sunday. The 32-year-old pregnant reality star exuded old Hollywood glamour in a white floor length gown with a fur stole.

Kim was accompanied not by her baby daddy Kanye West but by older sister Kourtney Kardashian. Kourtney dressed in a floral Brian Rennie for Basler gown and Jean-Michel Cazabat pumps.
