Christina Aguilera is on an indefinite hiatus from The Voice, but the singer still showed up at last night’s screening of the hit NBC singing competition. And looks like she’s put the time off the show to good use as she looked more fabulous than she has in a long time.

The slimmed-down but still curvaceous Christina walked the red carpet for season 4 premiere screening held in Hollywood and wore a form-fitting black and white dress with a studded belt. Her makeup was also much more toned down that what we are used to seeing from the spunky entertainer.

The usually outspoken singer was very hush hush about her return to the show. “I can’t say anything right now. I can only do what feels right for me in the moment, and this is why I love the show, and why I’m coming back in support.”

Christina meanwhile has been replaced by Shakira and Usher who join Blake Shelton and Adam Levine as the show’s judges and mentors. So, what advice does Xtina have for Shakira? “You know, it is a juggling act, it’s a balancing act to take on your responsibility in front of the camera, and then be Mommy behind,” said Aguilera.

“Shakira seems like a tough girl that can hold her own, especially with these boys!”
