Ian Somerhalder is smoking hot…and smoking mad too. The Vampire Diaries star took to Instagram today and spoke directly to the thief who broke into his car last night and took off with the actor’s iPod.

That pretty much sums up Ian’s ire, except he then played nice a bit, “Times are tough I know-but whoever smashed my window last night&stole my iPod-you’re in Luck;I just put some great new music on it!” He added.
