The 19-year-old actor and model showed off his toned physique wearing only plaid swim trunks while Taylor wore a black string bikini.

Patrick and Taylor reportedly met as students at the University of Southern California.

In other news, following in his father Arnold’s footsteps, Patrick landed himself a role in the upcoming comedy “Grown Ups 2” as Frat Boy Cooper. He will also appear in the drama “Stuck in Love” this summer.
