“Celebrity Apprentice” aired its sixth episode of the season tonight April 7, 2013 titled, “How Do You Spell Melania”. The task for tonight was to create an advertising campaign for Melania Trump’s new skin care line. The project managers were Dennis Rodman and Penn Jilette. Who was fired tonight? Who went home?

Of course everyone is extremely happy that Omarosa is fired, especially Brande Roderick. She is hopeful that they can now start winning since the “bad seed” is gone–she thinks they can now ‘blossom’.

For this week’s task, Donald Trump and his wife Melania meet the contestants in the atrium of Trump Tower. The celebs are told that they will have to create a two page advertorial and a display for Melania’s new caviar skin care collection.

Dennis is the project manager for Team Power –he is playing for Make-A-Wish Foundation. Penn Jillette is the PM for Team Plan B — he is playing for Opportunity Village. The winner will get $40,000 for his charity.

TEAM POWER
Team Power gets a visit from Melania who tells them that she has thoroughly developed this line over ten years. Dennis says he’d like to check out Melania’s bathroom to see if she herself uses the products–Trace Adkins just wants Dennis to shut up but is thankful that Melania ‘does not speak English’. Gary then starts talking about his genitalia being so excited that it’s like spinning in a Ferris wheel to describe Melania’s beauty…not sure where he was going with that one.

Dennis is not really being a good PM, he’s not giving clear directions. He and Lil Jon leave to shop for everything they need. They want their display to look like royalty. Trace comes up with the slogan, “Simply…Melania.” Now, that does not seem applicable to a general audience, does it?

Trace meets with the graphic designer– a usual job for Lil Jon. When asked to sign off on things for the printer, Dennis just says “it’s coo’, it’s coo’” without any proofreading. He is very hands off. Brande says “Dennis is a project manager like my two-year-old son is a project manager.”

Ivanka Trump meets with the team and notices that Dennis has delegated a lot of the messaging to Trace, but she does not think that is a bad idea. She likes what she sees and thinks Melania will too because it is clean and simple.

TEAM PLAN B
They would like to know who the target audience is and are told it is for businesswoman, the everyday lady and mothers. Penn is more worried about the slogan than the presentation. They finally come up with “Nourish your skin with Caviar”. Marilu Henner and Lisa Rinna leave to get supplies.

Marilu and Lisa do not like their team slogan. They call Penn are not a fan of their slogan, so they call Penn and find out new slogan is “Let the skin taste your luxury”. They love this one. A lot has to be done and Erik stops by during the photo shoot to see how everything is going. He finds a big mess. Penn is a bit dismissive of Erik. He is rude and calls him a ‘disruptive force!!’ He also calls his players out to Eric for spending time talking to Eric instead of working on pictures, etc. Erik is now unsure of Penn and his motives as to why he wants to keep his people away from him.

THE PRESENTATION
Plan B love their own display as do Team Power. But ooooops! Team Power has misspelled Melania’s name wrong on the posters! They misspelled it as Melania, not Milania! They have no clue either. Not a single one of them has even noticed. You know this is going to come back to bite someone in the butt. Remember, Dennis quickly approved everything without much look over. Melania says “I cannot believe they spelled my name wrong, it’s all over the place.” Ivanka called it shocking!

Plan B’s presentation is a bit awkward with Penn and Gary Busey. Stephen Baldwin is heard saying that if they lose, he will call everyone out.

Team Power starts their presentation with the Trumps looking at the glaring misspelling that no one on Team Power has even noticed yet. How can Team Power win?

THE BOARDROOM, ROUND 1
When asked who the star was on his team, Dennis said they all are half stars. Trump asks Trace what he thought of Dennis as PM and he says he did not delegate well and called him ‘scattered.’ Brande says Dennis is so creative that he thinks outside of the box too much. Turns out Brande who was the presenter also wrote the speech which Melania loved. So, she impressed the Trumps. For Plan B, Penn said that Marilu and Lisa were a force to be reckoned with. Gary wants to be the new spokesperson for the product. Stephen said that Penn was a great leader.  Everyone on the team loves Penn and his slogan.

Trump seemed to like both of the slogans. When they teams are shown each other’s work, Plan B notices the misspelling done by Team Power!!

For Team Pan B/Penn’s team: The Trumps loved the slogan but disliked reference to Melania as a spokesperson. “She’s dedicated 10 years of her life to developing this line,” said Eric. Dennis is unhappy because he feels that is a huge mistake and bigger than just misspelling a name by just one letter. For Dennis Team/Team Power, they liked the colors, Brande’s understanding of the product..before anything else can be said, Trump interrupts Ivanka and says Team Power lost based on the name misspelling alone. I have watched enough Apprentice to know this one was a given.

TEAM POWER LOSES AGAIN!

Dennis blames the graphic design company for misspelling the name. Trace worked on the graphic design –remember, this was the first time Lil Jon was not  in charge of this task. Trace says Dennis signed off on everything so he blames him.  When asked, Brande says the PM should be fired but reveals that Trace worked on the advertorial. So, it all comes down to Trace or Dennis being fired. And I just don’t see Donald firing his star ace player Trace. Do you?

FINAL BORADROOM
Trump allowed Dennis to just bring Trace because it really will come down to one of then being fired. Dennis says he had focused on the presentation. Trace said he is embarrassed for all four of them for not catching the spelling error but c’mon Trace, you worked in the ad. Trace then calls Dennis improper, pointing to his asking Melania to check out her bathroom. Trump says Dennis gets the ‘come back player of the year’ award. But, also pointed out that Dennis has been in the boardroom every week and he has saved him over and over but he can’t do it this week.
