The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills aired the second part of the cast reunion last night (April 1, 2013). Below is a full recap of RBOH Reunion part 2:
It’s time for the final Beverly Hills recap of the season. Last night season 3 came to a close with part 2 of the reunion. This reunion was a little more subdued and not as drama filled as part 1 (which you can read all about here).
Last night’s part 2 of the reunion mostly revolved around Kim’s sobriety and her odd behavior in Paris. Kim reveals that she is highly sensitive and gets upset when the ladies make jokes saying she doesn’t remember things and is not lucid or “acting sober”. Brandi throws gasoline on the fire by saying “I felt that Kyle was always doubting Kim’s sobriety and I almost feel like it would make her happy if she failed.” A shocked and hurt Kyle tells Brandi “that is the meanest thing you could say.” Brandi backed off and admitted that she was not trying to be mean but that is just how she felt. Kim says she is fighting for her life and needs support. She “can’t fail again; this is her last shot, if she relapsed again her body couldn’t take it.” Kyle apologizes to Kim for saying that she didn’t seem sober. The ladies all tell Kim that they support her in her sobriety and Kim tells them “it means everything for her to have gotten through the season sober.”
Next talk turns to Adrienne and her divorce drama. Brandi had stated previously that she believes Adrienne and Paul’s marriage was a business arrangement. She also said that they are both horrible people and that will show with how they treat each other during the divorce. Brandi was right; the divorce was ugly with accusations of abuse being made by both parties. Lisa reveals that Adrienne confided in her that Paul left her once during season 1. Andy asks the ladies if they believe that Paul abused Adrienne or their children; all of the ladies say that they do not believe that it is true and they never saw anything that would indicate any abuse. Paul appears via a pre-recorded interview and says that he does not blame Brandi for the demise of his marriage. However, he did say that he does “blame Brandi for making comments that were unnecessary and hurtful. What she did was wrong, but she did apologize and when we have any contact it is cordial.”
The reunion ends on a good note with a champagne toast and the women celebrate the end of the season and Kim’s sobriety.
