Kim Kardashian is on a never-ending quest to look pretty. Her latest beauty trial? The pregnant star tried a fish pedicure while on vacation with her family in Greece. What is a fish pedicure you ask? Well, it’s a treatment where one soaks her feet in a tank filled with little garra rufa fish who will bite off dead skin on one’s feet.

Gross, right? And Kim thinks so too. And of course there was a Kardashian on hand to film the entire experience — this time, the gal behind the camera was sister Khloe Kardashian.

In the video clip which you can watch below, you see Kim and Kourtney sitting at a salon in Santorini. As Kim dips her feet in the fish-filled tank she quickly realizes this is just not her thing and starts to squirm.

But, Kim still of course posted the video clip (below) to her Keek page with the caption, “I freaked out at this fish pedicure!!!! OMG.”

And if you want to give this beauty craze a try, just keep in mind that the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention deemed this procedure dangerous last year.
