Did you really think the feud between divas Mariah Carey and Nicki Minaj would just somehow go away? If only we were so lucky! But we’re not. So, on Wednesday night’s American Idol, the ladies continued their bickering and even took it to a whole new level. Mariah on one hand may have tried to rub it in that Nicki has never had a #1 single on Billboard Hot 100. Then Nicki pulled out some Q-Tips and offered them to Mariah so she could clean her ears out.

But Nicki could not leave it at that. She took to Twitter today to slam Mariah. HARD!

“What u SHOULD be doing is asking why a woman SO successful at her age, is still so INSECURE, and bitter,” Nicki started her tirade.

“All dem #1s but JLo phone ringin?,” Minaj then wrote double-fisting Carey by using one of Mariah’s slang terms for her babies, “dem”, and hinting at rumors that “Idol” producers wanted to replace Carey with JLo mid season to help cure slumping ratings.

“I guess having a personality, being a secure woman, and giving genuine critique still trumps that,” Nicki continued.

No word yet on Carey’s reaction. But, Thursday’s results show which we will be covering LIVE  will be a not to be missed event!
