Inspired by today’s youth and their journey from struggle to success, Asphalt Yacht Club (AYC) is a new skate and lifestyle clothing line which combines skate culture, street style, and contemporary fashion into one.
The brand is represented by Stevie Williams, who is recognized as one of the “30 Most Influential Skaters of All Time,” alongside professional skateboarders Stefan Janoski, Nyjah Huston, and Justin “Figgy” Figueroa. Amateur skaters on the AYC team include Riley Hawk, Derrick Wilson, Ben Nordberg, and Blake Carpenter.

The production is based in Los Angeles with a high standard of fabric, quality, and fit. “In the face of the fashion mainstream, skateboarders are the trendsetters and tastemakers of today’s youth,” stated founder, Stevie Williams. The designs will emphasize comfort and style, both on and off the board. Asphalt Yacht Club will include products such as tees, fleece, cut-and-sew tops, and hats, along with denim and accessories. The collection will be retailing from $30 – $120, and will be available Aug. 15, 2013.
