Sadly, art will imitate real life when Cory Monteith‘s tragic death will be addressed directly on Glee. “The third episode will write Finn out of the show,” Kevin Reilly, Fox’s Chairman of Entertainment confirmed. “That episode will deal directly with the incidents involved with Cory‘s passing and the drug abuse in particular.”

While Reilly did not clearly say whether Finn will also pass away from a drug overdose, he added that “Ryan [Murphy] will shoot some PSA’s with the cast, who will speak directly to the audience.”

We were also told that all the proceeds from the music in that episode will go to formation of a foundation in Cory‘s memory.
