Michael Girgenti has been served. Served with the fact that little Mason Dash is indeed a Disick. Kourtney Kardashian who has bit her lips for the past few years has finally spoken out and confirmed the paternity of her first born and she says she has the DNA test to prove it!

Kourtney issued a statement to E! News today saying “After three-and-a-half years of rumors and lies being spread by an individual I met briefly at a photo shoot, I am setting the record straight that Scott is Mason’s father.” Kourtney added, “While it saddens me to have to address these ridiculous lies – especially when the truth was never in doubt – this story must be put to rest.”

The 34-year-old Keeping Up With the Kardashians star’s attorney Todd Wilson originally told E! News, “This individual has been selling false and fabricated stories to the tabloids for years about Kourtney Kardashian and her son, Mason. Scott Disick is Mason’s father.

“We have not seen the reported court filing, but we are informed that this individual has been seeking to get paid to publish his ridiculous pleading,” Wilson added. “His claims are absurd and this is simply another shameful attempt to gain publicity and profit from fictional stories about my client.”

In the docs, Girgenti is requesting joint custody of Mason and also wants the judge to order DNA tests for Kourtney, Scott, Mason and himself.

Additionally, Girgenti claims that Mason looks nothing like Kourtney and Scott’s 1-year-old daughter, Penelope.
