Sorry Directioners, but your fave boy Zayn Malik is engaged to none other than Little Mix’ Perrie Edwards. Congrats to the happy cute couple!

If there’s any doubt, Perrie was spotted showing off her massive 3-stone diamond ring at Tuesday’s This Is Us premiere in London. And we must add, she was all smiles doing so!

Perrie’s mother also confirmed the union to Real Radio North East’s Gary & Lisa Show on Wednesday: “It’s true. They got engaged on Sunday and it was absolutely lovely…He did the traditional asking me and then asking his mum and dad and everything.” She added, “It was fabulous—just lovely.”

The lovely couple who has officially been dating since last spring will wait a while to walk down the aisle. “I mean, obviously they’ve got so much to do,” Perrie’s mother explained. “They’ll wait ’til 2014, 2015.” She added, “One Direction are doing so much and Little Mix are the same. They’re out of the country most the time doing their promotion for this, that and the other, so it’s just unbelievable. But I think they will eventually get together and set the date.”
