The new word on the street is that Nina Dobrev has found herself a new man! Congrats may be in order for Derek Hough who may have scored a pretty new girlfriend. Per an US Weekly insider, “[Nina] was hanging a lot with Derek‘s sister Julianne. Then she fell for him.”

Apparently, The Vampire Diaries star and the Dancing with the Stars hunk have been seeing each other since August. And if we had been following Nina on Instagram, we could have gotten a clue or two.

You deserve this,” Nina wrote on Sunday after the Emmys, adding later, “@derekhough Those of us touched by your light got to watch you brighten up the rest of the world. Keep shining!”
