The 24-year-old The Vampire Diaries actress gave her fans a new look by posing for this photo. She’s holding a cardboard sign over her boobs with the message, #GetCovered. Enough said.

The photo was posted on Nina’s WhoSay account. “I’m Canadian. We have healthcare for all. If you don’t have insurance go to HealthCare.gov and #GetCovered. Because w/o it, you’re naked.” Nina wrote along with the photo.
