Christina Aguilera simply looked smokin’ hot at the 2013 American Music Awards. The recently-slimmed down entertainer and The Voice coach wore a Maria Lucia Hohan dress with a plunging neckline and side cut-outs. Christina completed her look with Christian Louboutin heels, Lorraine Schwartz jewelry and a Jimmy Choo bag.

GET THE LOOK:

To achieve, stylist David Babaii sprayed a generous amount of Healthy Sexy Hair Soy Touchable weightless hairspray through her hair and gently massaged it into the strands lifting the root area and scrunching the ends. This created the foundation for perfect Bohemian waves that are not only sexy but add that flare of fun to the style. Next, he gently diffused the hair curling and twisting strands until dry. To create the prefect finish, David used a curling iron to wrap large sections for smoother and more defined waves. The finishing touch was a mist of light holding hair spray.

HOW TO DO AT HOME: Hold spray can approximately 8 to 12 inches from the hair and spray onto finished style.  Layer as needed to build a stronger hold all over, or focus on specific areas that require added control.
