Jennifer Lawrence is probably not a fan of Miley Cyrus’ performance antics. When the Catching Fire star was asked on BBC’s Newsnight about sexualization of young women in Hollywood, she responded: “It’s a part of the entertainment industry that sells — sex sells. And for some disgusting reason, young sex sells even more.”
But it appears that that fact about her industry does not bother Jennifer too much. “It’s not really something that I worry about because I feel like everybody’s kind of got their own path,” Jen told the BBC, without mentioning any names.
“They have their own way of finding themselves and for some people that’s how they feel best, that’s how they feel sexy, that’s how they want to perform.” When the interviewer mentioned Miley Cyrus and her twerking, Jennifer put on the diplomatic hat once again and said, “I am just saying to each their own.”
