Remember back in April of this year when Tori Spelling suffered third degree burns after falling on a hibachi grill at a restaurant? Well, the actress is now suing the Benihana corporation for those injuries suffered in the company’s Encino, CA location.

The 42-year-old was hospitalized because she received “deep second and third degree burn injuries” and had to receive skin grafts.

In her lawsuit, Tori is asking for medical expenses incurred, lost wages, and general damage as a result of the injuries.
