Also at the Kia Malibu Beach House, One Model Management brought the heat with guests such as actors Lucas Haas, Ryan Phillipe, Nick Simmons, and Cuba Good Jr. Ryan Phillippe showed up with NBA star David Lee, and mingled with Nick Simmons. Ryan spoke of enjoying his time not filming Shooter. He is currently single and just taking some time to relax and travel. Ryan was spotted diving into Popchips and snagging some House of Shroom hats. Meanwhile Cuba Good Jr. was mingling with all the models. The OJ Simpson star, was seen enjoying several glasses of Eppa SupraFruta Sangria. Cuba shut down the party then took everyone out to dinner and a night on the town in Malibu. Other guests such as Lucas Haas and Nick Simmons enjoyed the sun and models at the Kia in Malibu Beach House.

Other celebs such as Morgan Stewart from Rich Kids of Beverly Hills and Josh Peck from Grandfathered were also there ready to relax for the weekend. The Kia in Malibu house is on its 6th year and has much in store for Angelenos for summer 2016.
