Sherri Hill debuted her impressive fall collection of occasion dresses earlier this week to a packed house at Gotham Hall. Over 400 guests including editors, celebrities and influencers came to see the highly-anticipated runway show, which took place during New York Fashion Week.
Known for launching the runway careers of some of the biggest names in the business (such as Kendall Jenner and Hailey Baldwin), Hill chose to cast up-and-comer Delilah Hamlin for the catwalk. Hamlin stole the show as she walked the runway while her mother Lisa Rinna and father Harry Hamlin watched in the audience. Lisa stated that “she just wants her daughters to follow their dreams.”
As the beautiful designer looks made their way down the runway, DJ Mia Moretti played an energetic mix of songs that perfectly matched the vibe of the show. Her playlist included songs from Katy Perry & The Who.
The Sherri Hill collection featured custom patterns, intricate beadwork, luxe fabrics and a variety of figure-flattering silhouettes in the popular color schemes of gold, silver, & burgundy.
“I am inspired by a variety of things during the design process which is what helps me to create all different kinds of dresses, I’ve expanded the collection to be fashion focused and to fit every occasion for each and everyone,” said Hill.
Many celebrities and influencers were spotted during the show as well. Bethany Mota, Brec Bassinger, & Jordyn Jones showed their support for Sherri by sitting front row and wearing dresses from the collection. Mota stated “I am so excited to be here and enjoy the front row to see Sherri’s upcoming collection.” Mota was also spotted wearing the Antonia pump by Bruno Magli.
Other celebs in attendance included: Current Miss America Savvy Shields, Dove Cameron, Kristen Taekman, Eden Sassoon, Clare Foley, Samantha “Sweetheart” Giancola, Kayla Brianna & Temara Melek.
Fans across the world also had a chance to get a VIP look at the show and experience the excitement by watching the live stream.
